Veear Projects is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Bradenton, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Looking for motivated candidate. Will report to HR Director for the division.

Supports initiatives for HR Operations across designated IPM Market. Provides a broad range of HR support which includes varied, complex, and specialized assignments including. Facilitates hiring and onboarding for market positions. Works on key department projects and may manage employee relations investigations as needed. Provides support to the leadership team (Regional and Market Director) and Supervisors as well as staff concerning all areas of human resources, employee relations, recruitment and retention, salary and wage administration, benefit administration, worker’s compensation, leave management, unemployment administration, payroll administration, orientation, and onboarding. Assists with carrying out strategic initiatives as directed by the IPM HRD. Must be resourceful, independent, and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the division and market. Supports education initiatives including management/leadership training. Responsible for developing, overseeing, and monitoring activities to improve Employee Satisfaction and Service Excellence. Demonstrates Service Excellence and always conveys professionalism with strong motivation to achieve optimum results while follow organizational policy and procedure.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.

· PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Work Experience:

· Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources preferably in a healthcare setting.

· HRIS experience required (preferably Lawson).

· Performance Management and Applicant Tracking systems experience desired.

Knowledge:

· Must possess thorough knowledge of the HR standards and guidelines for (not an all-inclusive list) Joint Commission, Wage & Hour, ADA, FMLA, Employment Laws, Civil Rights, and HR policies and procedures and handbook.

· Computer proficiency with MS Office

Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative environment.

· Proven HR generalist skills, including experience in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and employment law

· Strong prioritization, problem solving, organizational skills, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

· Promotes mutual respect and professionalism in working relationships.

· Strong customer relations/customer complaint resolution skills required.

· Must maintain high level of confidentiality.

· Critical thinking skills

Abilities:

· Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.

· Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.

· Must be responsive in addressing issues and completing projects that require timely management/oversight.

· Ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines.

· Results oriented with a proven track record of accomplishing tasks within a high-performing team environment.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently.

Equipment Operated:

· Standard office equipment - PC, copier, printer, scanner, phone, physical files

Work Environment:

· Office setting

Travel Requirements:

· Up to 10%, may attend meetings offsite or conferences periodically.

· May be asked to travel to facilities on an infrequent basis.
